To preserve and enhance our legacy of excellence, the Mercer Island Schools Foundation conducts two major fundraising campaigns each year – Fall All in For Kids & Spring for Schools.
Fall All in for Kids Campaign: September – December
From September through December, our Fall All in for Kids campaign partners with the District to prioritize and fund essential initiatives across all schools. The funds raised are crucial for supporting key programs in every school. During this campaign, we also extend teacher grants to high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools, enhancing educational opportunities for all students.
Spring for Schools Campaign: January – June
Running from January through June, the Spring for Schools campaign focuses on funding vital curricula, professional development, and enrichment activities across the district. This support also helps the District manage staffing and maintain optimal class sizes, ensuring a high-quality education for every student.
These campaigns secure funding for exceptional educational opportunities and special projects that may require additional support beyond the District budget. Your tax-deductible contribution ensures that the Foundation can effectively collaborate with District administrators, educators, parents, and the broader community to uphold educational standards that benefit every Mercer Island student.
